Terms & Conditions

We’re so excited you’re considering LM Video to capture your wedding day. To keep things clear and stress-free, we’ve outlined the important details below.

1. Booking Your Date

  • Your date is reserved once we receive your booking form and booking fee.
  • Until then, we can’t guarantee availability.

2. Payments

  • A booking fee of £200 secures your date. This fee is non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance is due [8 weeks/days] before your wedding.
  • We accept [bank transfer / card / PayPal].

3. Cancellations & Changes

Your booking fee secures your date and is non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, and our cancellation terms are designed to be as fair as possible:

  • More than 12 weeks before your wedding: Only your booking fee is retained. Any other payments will be refunded.
  • Between 12 and 6 weeks before your wedding: 50% of your package price is payable.
  • Less than 6 weeks before your wedding: The full balance is payable.

If you need to move your wedding date, we’ll always do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. If we’re not available, the cancellation terms above will apply.

4. What You’ll Receive

  • You’ll receive the films included in your chosen package, delivered via [EasyFlicks, online gallery.
  • Delivery is usually within [12 weeks] after your wedding.
  • We always edit in our signature style, so your film matches the quality and look you see in our portfolio.

5. Filming on the Day

  • We work discreetly to capture real, natural moments.
  • While we’ll do everything possible to cover your day, some things are beyond our control (e.g. weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure).

6. Copyright & Sharing

  • We retain copyright of the films.
  • You are free to share your wedding films with family and friends for personal use.
  • With your permission, we may use short clips for our website or social media.

7. Our Promise

We take pride in being professional, reliable, and passionate about telling your story beautifully. If anything unexpected happens, our liability is limited to the total amount you’ve paid.
